What this site is, and what it is not
This site presents SAgA, our anti-HLA antibody analysis algorithm, and SmartSAg, the software built on it. It carries an online demonstration and the algorithm's manual.
The demonstration replays analyses computed in advance on demonstration sera. It does not accept data, runs no computation and returns no result of your own. It is neither an analysis tool nor a medical decision aid, and is not intended for use in care.
The SmartSAg software itself is distributed separately, under its own terms.
Intellectual property
The whole site — text, illustrations, screenshots, layout and code — is protected by copyright. The manual's figures are stills from the SAgA presentation animation.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Links to third-party sites
The site links to the presentation video hosted on YouTube and to the SmartSAg application. We control neither the content nor the practices of those sites, which have their own terms.
