Automated anti-HLA antibody analysis
The missing piece to your Tx lab
SmartSAg helps transplant labs turn single-antigen anti-HLA bead assays into clear, standardized results.
The algorithm
SAgA — our patented Single Antigen Algorithm
SAgA is the engine inside our software. It reads single-antigen bead (SAB) assays and turns the raw signal (e.g. MFI for the Luminex format) into clear, standardized interpretations, at the resolution level you choose — automatically, reproducibly and traceably.

From measured signal to antibody
SAgA interprets the raw signal (e.g. MFI for the Luminex format), decomposing each individual signal into the antibodies actually present — not just a list of positives. It resolves reactivity against the list of Attributes, the allowed antibody targets you have predefined — serogroup, antigen, serotype, eplet, or any custom list — adapts the positivity threshold bead by bead, and keeps every parameter fully under your control.

Donor-specific antibodies (DSA)
SAgA matches every antibody to the donor's HLA typing for a complete virtual crossmatch. It flags which antibodies are donor-specific (DSA) and which are not, and grades each verdict — certain, probable, possible, not excluded — to support fair, consistent decisions on graft access.
SAgA, SmartSAg… and YOU
SAgA is our patented algorithm. This site's demonstration shows it at work on real analyses, with no account and no sign-up. SmartSAg, the software built on it, is distributed separately — and our goal is to bring it to you: the algorithm running in your own lab, inside your workflow and infrastructure.
